The holiday apartment is located in a townhouse, built in 1804, renovated in 2010 and is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in the center, near the old town. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny location at the water.

Biograd na Moru, district Riva. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking lot on a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). Parking is paid according to the tariffs of the city of Biograd. There are daily and weekly tickets that must be displayed in the car where they are clearly visible.
