On the ground floor, the central kitchen is accessible from two sides; a short staircase leads to a tastefully furnished living room with fireplace; The living room leads in all three bedrooms, each equipped with bathroom. In front of the kitchen there is a terrace with pergola and barbecue, where you can enjoy the evening sun. The large plot on which the house is located is shared with the house owner, who lives in a separate house. In another outbuilding there is a large playroom, where mainly young guests can have fun even on rainy days. Enjoy your stay in this typical Tuscan holiday home, which is ideal for relaxing, hiking, biking, and swimming in the nearby River Tiber (4 km).
