Charmingly furnished holiday apartments with private terraces with a view of the lake

The holiday apartments are part of a private villa in Malcesine, a picturesque locality at Lake Garda. The location is sunny and pleasantly quiet even in summer.

The little holiday residence consists of a two-storey villa with two holiday apartments and an independent unit in an annex. The owner also lives here and can assist with any queries. The apartments have been furnished with attention to detail, attaching importance to comfort and elegance. The washing machine and a dryer are available for use. The apartments are equipped with a wireless Internet connection and an air conditioning unit, ensuring pleasant temperatures on hot days. The apartments have radiators in all rooms for heating, providing perfect holiday accommodation all year round at Lake Garda.

If you arrive by car, there is a parking space on site. There are further free and payable parking spaces in the area.

The whirlpool, for shared use, can be booked each day by guests, subject to availability (but not after 20.00). There is also an infrared cabin. The site has private access to the beach. Small pets are allowed at a supplementary charge.

The holiday residence is near Monte Baldo. One can reach the peak via the cable car about 300 metres away. There are also public transport connections near the apartment (about 500 metres away). You can enjoy the typical local cuisine in the restaurants about 100 metres away. It is only about 400 metres to the nearest grocery shop. Apart from Monte Baldo, you can of course explore Lake Garda just 100 metres away. It is about 60km to the nearest airport and about 600 metres to the train station. The centre is within easy walking distance.

Holiday house with a wonderful roof terrace with a view of the lake

The holiday house for four people, renovated in 2014, occupies the ground floor. It provides a bedroom, a living room with a cooking corner and a bathroom. The kitchen corner is equipped with the usual appliances such as a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and microwave. There is also a dining table. The adjoining living room has a sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for two people. There is also a double bed (2 x 85 x 190cm) in the bedroom. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.

On the private terrace on the ground floor, guests can enjoy the sunny weather and end the day with a cosy barbecue evening outdoors. Garden furniture and a grill are provided by the owner. Apart from this terrace, there is also a covered roof terrace on the first floor with a gazebo and terrace furniture. From here one can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape and of Lake Garda.

    “alles war super ! - sehr sauber und modern. Wir hatten unsere Hündin Shiva mit und es war der ideale Ort, die ideale Unterkunft. Marina ist ein sehr lieber Mensch.....hilfsbereit usw - wir fahren bestimmt wieder zu ihr.”

    “Das Häuschen ist zweckmäßig und funktionell eingerichtet und verfügt für zwei Personen über ausreichend Platz. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind sehr gut. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man für das normale Leben braucht. Insgesamt war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die kleine Terrasse taugt nur zum Sitzen, die Liegen stören eher und machen durch die Beschattung der Palme nicht wirklich Sinn. Die Terrasse auf dem Dach haben wir aufgrund der umständlichen Zuwegung nicht genutzt. Der kleine Schleichpfad zur Hauptstraße verkürzt den Weg in die Altstadt erheblich. Die Vermieterin spricht ein gutes Deutsch, ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.”

    “Wir waren Anfang Mai in Malcesine und sind begeistert und kommen ganz sicher wieder! Die Wohnung ist ein kleines Haus für sich neben dem Haupthaus. Sie ist ausgestattet mit allem, was wir für einen Urlaub brauchen. Insbesondere genügend Schrankraum und auch Kleiderbügel. Man ist zu Fuß entweder "oben rum" über den Straßenweg oder durch den Garten über eine gut begehbare Treppe in fünf Minuten am Stand, in der City oder an der Seilbahn.

    Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber auch hier ist an reichlich Stauraum gedacht. Auf der kleineren Terrasse sitzend fühlt man sich wie im Garten Eden - einfach herrlich! Und auf der großen hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Gardasee und die Burg. Der schöne Garten mit seiner Vielfalt an Blumen und Pflanzen ist eine Augenweide. Der Gassiweg mit dem Hund ist super: an der einen Seite der See und an der anderen Olivenhaine. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist super nett und hilfsbereit.”
