Old mill dating back to the 17th Century in the heart of the Chianti Classico, carefully restored preserving its original building structure, with its water drive system, canals, the wheel and the dam to divert the water flow of the nearby stream. The mill ITC238 consists of three separate units: on the 1st floor an apartment of 120 m², on the ground floor an apartment of 50 m² and a one room apartment of 30 m² (bathroom with no window), which are separated from each other only by an interior door. In one part of the garden, 30 m from the mill and bordering a road, lies the outbuilding, a former fodder barn. The property of 10,000 m² with lawn and trees, is completely fenced. Swimming pool (depth 1.6 m), barbecue. Equipped pergola for outdoor dining. On the back of the mill, with access from the pool area and over a characteristic small bridge over the stream, there is a table tennis table. Laundry (washing machine, iron and iron board). Distances : 2,5 km Lucarelli with a small grocery store, 5 km Radda in Chianti (all services, shops and restaurants), 7 km Panzano in Chianti, 14 km Castellina in Chianti, 26 km Siena, 35 km Florence. Access to the house directly through the paved secondary road that runs along one side of the property. Parking on the ground outside the fence. Mill, 1st fl.: 120 m², living room (with satellite TV, mini stereo CD) with access to the equipped terrace (table, chairs, parasol), dining room with fireplace and kitchen corner (oven, 4 burners, microwave, coffee maker, toaster). 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Ground floor: one room apartment, 30 m², with 1 double bed (with satellite TV, mini stereo CD), kitchen corner (4 burners), dining area, 1 small bathroom with shower (no window). Two-rooms apartment, 50 m², with living room with 2 single sofa beds, kitchen corner (freezer, microwave, coffee maker, 4 burners) and dining area. 7 steps lower: 1 double room completely made of natural stone with a direct exit to the outside and direct access to the bathroom with shower.
