The private terrace offers you not only a comfortable seat and deck chairs, but also opportunities for games and sports: table soccer, fitness equipment and ? a terrace below - a table tennis table. The swimming pool with hydromassage and panoramic terrace is occasionally used also by the owners who live on the 1st floor. Private gate entrance. Archery and barbecue on the property (on request from the owner). Enjoy this beautiful landscape among the rolling hills covered with olive groves and discover the ancient Etruscan city of Perugia ? underground escalators will take you, past ancient excavations, to the lively old town with its museums and central cathedral. In July, Perugia hosts the famous Umbria Jazz Festival. Also visit Assisi (20 km) and the many art cities of Umbria such as Spello (30 km), Gubbio (40 km), Todi (50 km) and Lake Trasimeno with its beaches and small islands (25 km).
