On the large property, there are two holiday homes. The larger one consists of a kitchen with living part, three bedrooms and a bathroom, while the smaller house comprises a living part with small kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. At guests’ disposal there is also a bread oven for preparing pizza, baked dishes etc. On the plot there is a separate building with summer kitchen and a brick barbeque, a sauna and a bathroom. On the plot there is a 23m*13m court, swimming pool and two whirlpools. The place Kastel Novi is positioned on the coast of the Kastela bay and offers plenty pebble beaches, which are suitable also for families with children. This beautiful holiday home also offers a tree house for two people with wonderful sea views. You can relax on the beautiful terrace in front of the tree house.
