This holiday home with stunning views of the sea is situated in a conservation village. It is practical and separated,with a living room and bathroom on the ground floor, while three bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs. A flight of stairs leads you to the house from the parking area. There is a barbecue on the terrace, in front of the house. From the rear of the house, you can reach another terrace by a staircase. You are free to pick organic vegetables and fruits grown in the garden. A portion of the property is within a forest, inviting you to relax under the shade of the trees. A few minutes drive away is the city of Split with a variety of attractions and entertainment. The house can be reached by a winding, steep road.
