This beautiful house with swimming pool is situated in the small village of Paradiz, in a quiet environment and only about 20 minutes drive from the tourist town Rabac with beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters. It consists of two apartments with separate entrances and is ideal for families or friends who want to spend holidays together and at the same time maintaining their privacy. The house has a very spacious terraces. On the ground floor relax in the shade of a covered terrace, while the terrace on the first floor provides plenty of sun. The beautiful location is perfect for bicycle trips and exploring the Istrian villages. Visit the tourist towns of Rabac and Labin. Labin is known as a town of artists, where numerous events take place during the summer months.
