This beautiful house by the sea, in the village of Lozica, is the perfect place for a family who want to be close to the centuries- old Dubrovnik, without compromising on rest and comfort. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom, while the first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is located on a private beach, reserved exclusively for the guests. The garden has beautiful flowers and Mediterranean plants and has one of the most beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding Elaphite Islands. Dubrovnik, with a rich culture and many attractions is just 5 km away. Parking is available on the plot, next to the upper portion of the house.
