On the ground floor, there is a nice kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room and the kitchen lead to the pool area, where you can spend long hours. Internal stairs lead to the first floor, which houses the bedrooms. There is a tavern in the basement, where you can spend time together. The basement also houses a bathroom with a sauna, fitness equipment and a TV with a game console. The house is in an elevated location above the town and offers a panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay.
