Studio apartment right by the Westerland pedestrian zone

This holiday apartment is on the third floor, towards the back and quietly situated.

The one-room holiday apartment is for a maximum of two people, provides around 23m² of living space and consists of a combined living room, bedroom and pantry kitchen, a hallway and a new shower room. The apartment was refurbished in 2014 and the furniture is new. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine. The living and sleeping room is comfortably furnished with a double cupboard bed, a cupboard, a dresser, a flatscreen TV with radio, a two-seater sofa and a dining table with two chairs. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and towel radiator.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not allowed. The house has a lift. There are a washing machine and dryer in the cellar (coin-operated).

The apartment is right in the centre of town, in the “Strandstrasse” pedestrian zone. The building is next to the very well-known 5-star luxury hotel Stadt Hamburg. There are many gastronomy establishments and shops in the immediate vicinity, as well as a bus stop and a taxi stand. The beach and the train station are just a few hundred metres away. A parking space is available on request about a five-minute walk away.

Short holidays are generally possible with restrictions (e.g. to fill booking gaps or for follow-on bookings).

    “Die Lage zentral ist super, dritter Stock mit Lift auch. Das Apartement ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, von hoher Qualität und trotz der Grösse mit allem Komfort ausgerüstet. Einzig in der Dusche hätten wir uns eine Ablagefläche/-korb für Duschgel, Shampoo etc. gewünscht, aber das ist "klagen" auf sehr hohem Niveau! Die Sauberkeit war 1A und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall wieder wählen!!”
