    “Die Treppe zur Galerie ist lebensgefährlich und widerspricht jeglichen gesetzlichen Anforderungen für notwendige Treppen zu Aufenthaltsräumen. Wir können alle dankbar sein, dass hier nichts passiert ist. Die Dusche/WC - als einziger Sanitärraum - ist ein absoluter Witz für eine Wohnung mit 5 Betten. Z.B.: 1 WB. 50 cm breit, 1 Du. 80/75 cm, WC-Spülung kann bei offenem Deckel nicht betätigt werden. Der Raum ist so klein, dass man nirgends ein Handtuch hinhängen kann. Die Lage der Wohnung im OG + DG, ohne Verbindung zum Garten, haben Sie in Ihrer Beschreibung super verschleiert.”

    “Sehr schön. Perfekt eingerichtet. Ein Eierkocher und eine Mikrowelle würden es abrunden. Etwas irritierend, das Angebot von zwei Wohnungen denn es handelt sich nur um eine. Einmal mit Studio und einmal ohne. Wenn das Studio nicht benötigt wird, wie in unserem Fall, spart man schnell 200€ ein. Der Garten entspricht den Angaben, jedoch liegt die Wohnung in der ersten Etage, was im Angebot nicht zu erkennen ist denn man geht von einer Erdgeschosswohnung aus. Nichts desto trotz hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.”
