Villa in a forested area with a terrace and a pool and a wonderful view

The villa is in Mandalenici near Buzet and is completely surrounded by forest. Here you can find peace and quiet away from mass tourism.



The villa provides 250m² of living space and is divided into two apartments on two floors. The first apartment can accommodate up to eight people and is on the first floor. It has three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. The living room is air conditioned and also has a dining area with a table and chairs and a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven and fridge-freezer. One bathroom has a bath and the other has a shower and a washing machine. There is satellite TV and wireless Internet access.



You can enjoy a wonderful view of the forest from the terrace. You can relax on the spacious terrace with a 4 x 8 metre pool with sun loungers and a grill. Four parking spaces are available.



Sports enthusiasts can find plenty of hiking and cycling options, or gather mushrooms and asparagus. The blue sea is 45 minutes away by car. The region offers wonderful landscapes, plenty of sun and typical Istrian towns and sights.

    “Haus in ruhiger Lage, Buzet mit allen erforderlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto bequem in 5 Min. zu erreichen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, allerdings schon etwas abgewohnt, so lief in einem Appartement bspw. die Duschtasse aus, ganz genau hinschauen darf man also nicht. Dennoch hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und schöne Tage am Pool und Abende auf der Terrasse verbracht. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos.”

    “Hatten hier mit 10 Personen und 3 Hunden eine sehr schöne Woche. Schönes Haus in sehr ruhigen Lage mit guter Klimaanlage und schönen Zimmern, bis auf ein paar Matratzen die schon etwas durchgelegen sind, ist das Haus empfehlenswert. Nachts ist der Pool beleuchtet, der auch ausreichend groß genug und von flach bis tief sehr schön ist. Die schöne Sitzgelegenheit im Freien hat Vormittags Sonne und ab Mittag dann Schatten. Buzet zum Einkaufen in der Nähe und auch sehr gute Istrische Lokale mit viel Trüffelgerichten sind zu finden.
    Einzig die 30 Minuten fahrt nach Novigrad zum Baden, zieht sich etwas, dafür ist es dort dann aber sehr schön und nicht so "touristisch" überlaufen und man kann auch gut auf dem Rückweg sich noch Motovun ansehen.”
