Holiday House in Moncarapacho with Private Patio and Beautiful Views

This atmospheric holiday house shares a property with another, larger holiday house.



The south facing Casinha sits to the south of the larger home and offers a bedroom with a double bed and an air conditioning system, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, as well as a living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette. The house is equipped with a Salamander oven and central underfloor heating, making it ideal for spending the winter or vacationing here during low season.



The two houses share a small pool. The houses face each other, but each has their own private patio from where you can enjoy the sunset in a private setting. The Casinha offers beautiful views over the lagoon from its south facing patio. The property also offers an area shaded by eucalyptus trees with seating accommodation - yet another great spot to watch the sunset.



The house is wheelchair accessible but there is a small barrier in the shower. On request you can order a chair and handles. Whether you are coming to relax or to enjoy the natural beauty by hiking or biking in the lagoon of the natural reserve of Ria Formosa, the Casinha offers the necessary comfort and is in an ideal location to explore the surrounding scenery. In the closest town of Fuzeta, a fishing village about two kilometers from the house, you will find restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities. In Fuzeta, you can swim in the lagoon, reach the offshore islands by ferry or water taxi or book boating tours to go dolphin watching. In Olhao, about eight kilometers from the house, you can also catch a ferry to the islands with their long, sandy beaches. You will also find the famous seafood market here, which is worth a visit. In the vicinity of the market, there are numerous restaurants offering fresh fish and typical seafood dishes.

    “Ein sehr schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in wunderschöner Lage. Der Blick auf die Ria Formosa ist ein Traum. Wir konnten bei Bedarf jederzeit Hilfe und Unterstützung bekommen. Wir kommen gern wieder.”

    “Das Ferienhäuschen ist geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Es liegt mitten im "Reserva Natural da Ria Formosa". Der Naturpark mit seiner Lagunen - Landschaft bietet Spaziergängern, Wanderern und Radfahrern immer wieder neue und besondere Natur - Eindrücke.
    Kulturelle Möglichkeiten findet man in den mit Fahrrad oder Auto gut erreichbaren Städten.
    Petra und Manfred sind sehr freundliche, aufgeschlossene und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
    Einen Urlaub im Casa Lena können wir sehr empfehlen.

    “Von Casa Lena aus kann man sehr gut los laufen und schöne Spaziergänge machen.
    Wir können uns gut vorstellen gerne wieder zu kommen. Es ist alles liebevoll gestaltet und der Außenbereich eine grüne Oase, in dem man die Vögel der Region gut beobachten kann. Positiv: Wir haben uns von Anfang an richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und das Watt. Von der Frühstücksterrasse/der Couch und dem Sessel sowie der Sonnenterrasse hat man diesen fabelhaften Blick, der einen einfach nur entspannen lässt. Durch Ebbe und Flut sieht es auch immer wieder anders aus. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und auch in der Küche kann man sich gut leckeres Essen zubereiten. Negativ: Wenn mir etwas einfallen müsste, was nicht hundertprozentig war,dann fällt mir nur ein, dass wenn die Sonne mal nicht scheint und alle duschen wollen, kann es passieren, dass man zum Spülen den Wasserkocher für heißes Spülwasser aufstellen musste. Restaurant: Restaurante a Carpintaria in Luz de Tavira - Da haben die Menschen einfach Spaß an dem was sie tun! Und das spürt man als Gast.”

    “Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in einem eher ruhigen, aber dafür sehr erholsamen Teil der Algarve. Positiv: Haus, der Blick auf die Lagune, die netten Vermieter. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die umliegenden Städte, die Strände und auch ins Bergland. Restaurant: Maresia - Super gute Fischgerichte, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, freundliche Bedienung Ausflüge: Alcoutim - Schöne kleine Stadt am Grenzfluss zu Spanien im Landesinneren mit Strandbad am Fluss.”
