Spacious holiday home for the whole family with a large living room and terrace

This holiday home is located in the historic centre of Muro. It is a Majorcan manor house, where all the magic of the past has been preserved, even in these times. It is the perfect place to relax and leave all your troubles behind.

It is a beautiful building, which dates from the nineteenth century. The property is spread over 2 floors with a total area of approximately 400 m². There is a lush garden of 2200 m² on a plot of 3000 m². The house has a Majorcan-style lobby, a living room with a fireplace, a large dining room, a spacious living room with hardwood floors and a fireplace, a reading room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a kitchen that is integrated into the living room, and a barbecue – similar to an old Majorcan oven. You can access spacious terraces from the hall, dining room and kitchen, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, or simply enjoy sunbathing. It has five bedrooms, consisting of one single and four double rooms. Two of them have a small private room while the others have a spacious seating area. Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the house, while the other two are on the first floor. It has a very large, fully-equipped bathroom and two toilets in two adjoining rooms. The spacious and comfortable kitchen is located near a beautiful terrace overlooking the bay of Alcudia.

You can enjoy an authentic Majorcan garden with fruit trees and a pond with many fish. The features were added by the family who lived in this house at the end of the last century. Here you can sit and read or listen to the sound of the birds or the bells of the nearby church. Or why not take a nap in one of the beautiful sleeping areas? If you want, you can enjoy a delicious, typically Mediterranean breakfast of "pa amb oli", Majorcan orange juice, latte or tea, or other Majorcan meals.

The house is ideal for a romantic break, for exploring the island in the company of friends, or for artists and writers who are looking for a place to let their imagination run free. Fine details and the exquisite and elegant décor make the property a comfortable place for your holiday.

Palma is 35 minutes' drive away or 50 minutes by train or bus. About 10 minutes away are the beaches of Muro and Can Picafort, while Puerto Alcúdia is approximately 20 minutes away.
There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars in the village, which serve cuisine that is typical of the area. There is also a festival that commences on 24 June with about 10 full days of music and dance.

    “Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Ausstattung entsprach den Bildern und der Objektbeschreibung. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage des Objektes eignet sich für Ausflüge an die verschiedenen Strände, Bergwanderungen und Radtouren. Von der Terrasse ist der Sonnenaufgang ein Erlebnis. Sie hat bis zum späten Nachmittag Sonne. Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten im freien einnehmen und dabei den herrlichen Ausblick genießen. Die Kinder fühlten sich sehr wohl.
    Wie beschrieben gab es zwei kleine Geschäfte direkt in der Nähe, wo man sich fußläufig fürs erste gut versorgen konnte, eine Apotheke war auch um die Ecke. Wir hatten es vor der Reise gebucht und direkt am Flughafen übernommen. Da keine Vor-, Nachmieter gebucht hatten konnten wir das Haus aufgrund unserer Flugzeiten in Abstimmung über das übliche Maß nutzen.”
