The holiday country house Roca is located on a tranquil hillside, a privileged setting with a breathtaking views; the ideal place to enjoy deep sense of peace surrounded by an attractive landscape. The front side enjoys great views of the countryside with panoramic coast views in the distance. The other side has beautiful open views over the central Mallorca with the mountains in the distance; Sant Salvador sanctuary and the ruins of the Santueri castle.
Roca is a beautiful, airy country house full of natural light with a side tower. The house which exteriors are clad with rural stone is arranged in three levels. From the hall there is direct access to the dining room with two dining areas -close one to the other-, one in the tower with an open fireplace and the other by the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and has access to the back covered terrace with the outside dining area. This floor holds also a guest toilet with shower and the utility room with the washing machine. From the hall a stairs take us to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a individual bedroom with access to a back small covered terrace with great views and a double bedroom with French balcony overlooking the fantastic landscape. These bedrooms share a separate bathroom with overhead shower. From here a few steps take us to the intermediate floor were there is a twin bedroom with a balcony overlooking the central Mallorca and the living room located in the tower. French doors connect to a front terrace with a table and chairs overlooking charming country views with the coast in the distance. Another few steps take us to the upper floor where there is a double bedroom, a separate bathroom with overhead shower and a terrace with wonderful views.
Roca is located on grounds of 15.000 sq, metres, in the middle of nature, with gorgeous views from everywhere and a peaceful atmosphere. There are Mediterranean plants, palm trees, cypresses and fig trees. The back covered terrace by the kitchen has a dining table and a brick built barbecue to enjoy delicious "al fresco" meals overlooking the central Mallorca with the mountains in the distance. From here a few steps take us down to the pool area. There is a fantastic pool (10m x 5m. Deph. Min. 1.20 m. Max. 2.1m.) with a poolside shower and a sun terrace with a covered area and sun beds; the perfect spot to enjoy the long summery days.
