Villa Oscols is an upscale villa for discerning holidaymakers. It is located in a unique mountainous location on a huge 36-hectare estate with 360-degree views of the sea and the green mountains in the north-east of Mallorca, all in a quiet, secluded area. It is located just a few kilometres away from the Bays of Pollensa and Alcúdia.

This property is perfect for large groups of vacationers or several families who enjoy spending their holidays together whilst keeping an element of privacy. The spaciousness and facilities of this villa can be used in a manifold different ways - please feel free to contact us if you want to travel with more than 12 people (Up to 15 Guests "12 adults + 3 children": 7 double bedrooms + 1 single bedroom).

The accommodation includes all the necessary amenities for the maximum enjoyment of your vacation. A house keeper and a gardener will take care daily of maintaining the cleanliness of the house, garden and pool. Private Chef services are available on request. 

The pool area is equipped with an outdoor heated spa (original Jacuzzi) with capacity for up to 6 people, different resting and sitting areas, sun loungers, as well as a sound equipment with loudspeakers around the barbecue and pool areas.

The outdoors offer large and mature mediterranean gardens, ideal for relaxing walks. The children's playground, games room with billiard and table football, gym equipment and table tennis, will ensure that everyone finds fun time.

The barbecue area has space and equipment for your enjoyment both on the covered terrace, as well as on the outdoor terrace or under the gazebo next to the pool.

The property has air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. The WIFI internet connection network is available throughout the property.

Indoors:

The interiors are just as magnificent, smartly decorated and offer all kind of modern facilities for your ultimate comfort. The living room is equipped with a huge home cinema screen and sound system, satellite TV, DVD player, Playstation 4, sure to entertain kids and adults alike. There's also a laptop at your disposal. Other recreational activities the villa offers are board games, table tennis, table football and billiard.

The rooms are spread out on separate buildings. The main house includes 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed, 2 en suite bathrooms, 1 shared shower room, a shared shower room next to the pool, as well as a modern kitchen, fully-equipped with everything you may need for cooking for a large group. The guesthouse has a second fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with twin beds, a shared bathroom and an en suite shower room, making up the villa´s total of 8 bedrooms capable of accommodating 15 people. All bedrooms feature air conditioning (cool / heat) and satellital TV.

As you can see the set-up of the villa makes it an idyllic place for large families and groups desiring to spend quality time together and still have independence.

Outdoors:

The villa's cultivated gardens filled with Mediterranean plants, flowers and lawn areas are spectacular. You are also welcome to enjoy a peculiar and unique swimming pool of 50 m² (0.5 to 3.5 meters depth), including a shallow area for children, an outdoor maxi-spa with capacity for 6 and breathtaking views over the bays of Alcudia and Pollensa. The beautiful terraces alongside the house are furnished with plenty of lounge areas for relaxing during the day and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. There's also a built-in barbecue and dining uncovered terrace for you to admire the magnificent views while enjoying a meal outdoors.

We love to meet our guests at Check-in so that we can show you around the house and answer any questions that you may have. For your convenience, we are 24/7 via messaging, and happy to answer any questions that may arise!

The Neighborhood:

You will have over 36 hectares to yourself and no neighbours to disturb your peace and privacy, but this won't imply any type of isolation for it is only a 5-10 minute drive to either Alcudia (7 km) or Pollensa (8 km) and their gorgeous sandy, rocky and stones beaches for all tastes.

Getting Around:

There is a great variety of leisure activities nearby the property to indulge yourself in, from practicing horse-riding, tennis or golf, to cycling and hiking routes, water sports, and of course since we are in Spain, a wide choice of delicious restaurants to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, as well as local and international shops. 

The nearby historic old town of Alcudia is a genuinely interesting place to visit. It has one Spain’s best-preserved old city-walls, and it was home to the major Roman settlement in Mallorca, Pollentia, from which you can visit the recently dug up ruins. It’s also got a grand street market on Sundays and Tuesdays, offering all kind of traditional products. The inner town is very well kept with pretty flowered streets, good restaurants and a great variety of small local shops.

The marina of Alcudia, Puerto Alcudia, is a great option if you are looking for cosy seaside terraces where you’ll be able to enjoy a great range of good restaurants for all tastes, sophisticated shops and lovely walks along the harbour. For those who prefer nightlife, many lounge terraces, music bars, pubs and clubs will welcome you until late at night.
