Lovely apartment Marina in Srima with pool
The house is placed in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach in a peaceful town near Vodice.
This apartment is 50m2 in size and consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and living area and a bathroom.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds and both of them are equipped with a wardrobe and bedside table. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, refrigerator with deep freezer, an electric kettle and a coffee machine per request. There is a sofa bed and a TV in the living area with an access to the balcony. Also, there is a bathroom with a shower.
The balcony with garden furniture is accessible from the kitchen and living area. There is a barbecue in the yard at your disposal and an outdoor pool for all guests.
Please note that this first floor apartment is only accessible by stairs.
There is a washing machine in a separate room available to all guests.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price as well as final cleaning.
The beach is 300m walking distance from the apartment. There is a grocery store nearby, some 250m away and a bus station 100m from the apartment. The nearest restaurant is 200m away.
