This charming holiday house with a garden and two indoor pools is at the heart of the picturesque village of Locronan, which is among the “most beautiful villages in France”. The historic and medieval village is near the Douarnenez bay.
The renovated house of 204m² provides ample space for 12 people. The 120m² ground floor has a living and dining room, with a dining space and a sitting area with sofas, a flatscreen TV, Blue Ray player, mini stereo system and Internet access. The living room looks out through a window towards the spa area with its two pools. This wellness area consists of a swimming pool with a counterflow pump, measuring 3 x 2.2m with a temperature of 28 to 30 degrees and a whirlpool for relaxing, with space for three to four people, that has a temperature of 35 to 37 degrees. The pools face the garden and the veranda. They are heated all year round. The living room provides access to the beautiful, glazed veranda with a view of the garden and the church in Locronan. On the left side there is the big, separate kitchen with a dining space, which is fully-equipped with all modern appliances. On the right side there is a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate toilet. The 84m² upper floor has five bedrooms, the second bathroom with a bath and double washbasin, and another separate toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm wide), the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, the third has a bunk bed for two and two single beds, the fourth has another double bed (140cm wide), while the fifth has a sofa bed, a cot and a travel cot.
The house has an enclosed garden. The terrace provides garden furniture, a parasol and a grill. Parking spaces are available.
Less than a five-minute walk from the house there are many shops, restaurants, creperies, bars and bakeries. It is a ten-minute drive to the beaches in the Douarnenez bay, for example the beach at Kervel.
