Holiday Apartment in Boltenhagen with Private Terrace and Wonderful View

Welcome to the Tarnewitzer Huk, the popular residential park on the edge of Boltenhagen, near the popular section of beach in Tarnewitz. If you prefer a quieter location and proximity to the beach, with a view of greenery and a comfortable interior, then this is just the place for you.

The tastefully furnished two-room apartment is on the ground floor and measures around 60m². It is light and comfortably furnished for 2-4 people. The quietly situated holiday apartment affords a wonderful view of greenery. The holiday atmosphere will envelope you as soon as you enter. The well-maintained kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer. The living room invites you to relax, with two comfortable sofas that can be pulled out into beds for two people. Satellite TV and a DVD player are provided. The bedroom has a double bed with two high-quality mattresses that have individually adjustable slatted frames, along with a wardrobe for your holiday clothing. The modern bathroom has a big mirror, a washbasin with a granite top, a washing machine, under-floor heating.

There is a little private terrace outside. There is a free parking space right by the house. Great extras include a highchair, a child’s travel bed, an iron, a hand cart, and a grill, all included. It is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

It is only a few steps to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. The Kurpark and the pier are within easy access on foot, by bike or by bus. The popular Baltic Sea thermal baths with seawater pools and a spa area is in the vicinity. There is a shuttle bus connection for the whole spa town. The nearest shopping facilities are about 200 metres away.

    “Wir hatten die Wohnung kurzfristig für 5 Nächte gemietet und waren positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Fön etc. Da wir mit unserem Sohn angereist waren baten wir bei der Verwaltung um Steckdosensicherung. Diese wurde uns sofort ausgehändigt, neu und original verpackt. Von Boltenhagen Zentrum waren wir ca. 2 km entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten keine 200m entfernt. Der Strand war auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Klasse war der vorhandene Bollerwagen. Ein Muss, wenn mit Kind an den Strand möchte. Auch wichtig zu erwähnen, das überdachte Carport.”

    “Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist optimal. Fünf Minuten Fußweg zum Strand und Hundestrand. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön. Ebenerdig und gut geschnitten, sodass eine Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) bequem Platz haben. Ein Pkw Stellplatz ist direkt vor Tür. Einfach toll. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ca. 2 km weit von der Wohnung entfernt. Gerne wieder!”
