Your Provençal country house with its own pool on a three-hectare site with grape vines, lavender and olives
This beautiful country house from the 18th century is near the little village of Cotignac. You can enjoy the peace and quiet and the Provence landscape here. The detached country house was completely renovated in 2014 and will delight you with its character and Provençal charm. The architecture of the old country house has been harmonised wonderfully with modern fittings. You will be fascinated by the authenticity, the elegant interior, the exposed wooden beams and the Mediterranean Tomette tiles.
The 180m² can accommodate up to eight people. There are four individual bedrooms: three of the bedrooms with double beds are on the upper floor, of which one has a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm and the other two have a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm. One bedroom on the ground floor, with its own bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower, also has a double bed (160cm wide). The second bathroom on the upper floor has a bath. Both bathrooms feature tiles from Salernes. In total there are three toilets. The 45m² living and dining room on the ground floor provides a comfortable sitting corner with a flatscreen TV and a DVD player in front of the fireplace and a dining space. The separate kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and ceramic hob. The storage room has a washing machine, dryer and ironing utensils.
All the rooms have radiators. The living room, which has a big window front, has air conditioning. The other rooms have smaller windows and the thick walls shelter them from the sun in summer. Wireless Internet access is available, in the house, on the terraces and by the pool. Bed linen and hand towels are included in the rental price.

There is a variety of lighting in the garden and by the pool. The garden has a wide range of plants. Here you can find plenty of shaded corners and a lush lawn, owing to automatic sprinkling. The pool (9 x 4m, 1.2-2m deep) is for your own private use and is cleaned using salt electrolysis. It is also possible to heat the pool, so that you can swim a few rounds in the evening. You can also go for a midnight swim. The beautiful sun lounging area has an outdoor shower, four deckchairs, a parasol, a hammock, a comfortable seating group, a Zen armchair and a wicker lounger for two people. There is also a stereo system available, so you can enjoy swimming, diving and sunbathing accompanied by music. Children can play on the lawn or enjoy table tennis. There are five parking spaces on site. The three-hectare site also has a private park. You can walk amongst grape vines and lavender and discover various types of butterfly. Depending on the season, you can pick fruit such as apricots, peaches, nectarines and figs in the orchard with more than 40 fruit trees. The image of Provence would not be complete without the olive trees that surround the site. The property is enclosed with a gate at the entrance, so you can bring pets with you.
