Apartment with a balcony and a view of the sea

This new and modern apartment is in a detached residential block with three apartments. This apartment is on the uppermost floor and is accessed via outdoor stairs, to the side of the building. The apartment is easily accessible from the public streets and is in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The large apartment of around 84m² has an open living room with a kitchen and air conditioning, seating and a 42” flatscreen TV with satellite reception. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, such as an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer compartment and coffee machine. There is also a dining table with chairs. The apartment provides two big bedrooms each with a double bed. One bedroom also has its own bathroom with a rainforest showerhead, washbasin, toilet and large cupboard with sliding doors. The third bedroom has two single beds, has a storage room for suitcases and a wardrobe. All the bedrooms have parquet flooring. The living room and the open kitchen have tiled floors in a suitable style. The spacious bathroom has a corner bath with a shower, a washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

From the south-facing balcony, which has a parasol, you can enjoy a lovely view of the sea and the shared pool. This pool, which also has an outdoor shower, is shared with guests from two other apartments. The pool is usually available from around May to October, depending on the weather. The terrace in the garden, right by the pool, has a large barbecue, two sun loungers and a parasol. There is a private parking area by the building, with a shaded car port. Near the house you can find a restaurant about 100 metres away, the sea and the beach 200 to 300 metres away, and shops about 500 metres away. The airport is 10km away and it is about 30km to a train station and a ferry harbour.

    “Appartement très bien placé, spacieux, bien équipé, avec une belle vue. Piscine petite mais agréable et propre. Seul petit bémol, le chien des voisins d'en face qui n'arrête pas de japper tous les soirs, désagréable quand on veut profiter de la terrasse ou dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.”

    “Wir haben ein Appartment in gehobener Ausstattung vorgefunden. An der Sauberkeit gab es rein gar nichts auszusetzen. Für unseren Urlaub mit 3 Kindern hätten wir es nicht besser treffen können. Auch die Verwaltung war sehr nett und geduldig, da wir leider erst verspätet am Abend anreisen konnten. Sie wäre jeder Zeit erreichbar gewesen, was wir aber nicht in Anspruch nehmen brauchten. Das Appartment scheint recht neu und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir die Stille genießen. Auch der allmorgendliche Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer sowie der unschlagbare Preis haben uns dazu veranlaßt im nächsten Jahr wieder zu buchen. Das Appartment verfügt über hohe helle Räume und bietet genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Auch die technische Ausstattung gehört zur gehobenen Klasse, nebst Wlan, Flachbildfernseher, CD Radio mit Aux, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Fön, Wasserkocher, Herd mit Ceranfeld und Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ebenso gehört ein Pool zum Haus mit Liegen, der zum baden einlädt und einer gemütlichen Grillecke. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Die Nachbarschaft war immer sehr freundlich und war uns behilflich sich im Ort zurecht zu finden.”

    “Zeer mooi appartement, rustig gelegen met mooi zeezicht op de baai. Ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers alles zeer proper onderhouden. Mooi zwembad met barbecue. Een aanrader dus. Alles op wandelafstand, bakker, voedingswinkel, bank lokale fruitboeren in de zomer met hun fruit. Strand met drankgelegenheden op wandelafstand, en ook een boot die op en af naar het mooie Trogir vaart, beter als met de auto i.v.m. parkeren in Trogir.”

    “Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Alter von 20-30 in diesem Objekt und hatten 2 Wochen lang einen traumhaften Urlaub. Das Haus liegt etwas erhöht, somit hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Strand und City sind nicht weit entfernt. Mein Tipp - Scooter leihen, mit denen kommt man besser durch und ist flexibler. Die Wohnung und der Pool waren im Top Zustand. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die spießige Nachbarschaft, die direkt meckert, wenn etwas zu laut ist.”
