The penthouse is at the heart of the business district of new Belgrade, just a 2 to 3-minute walk from the Kombank Arena. It is in the attic of the building with a lift.
The completely newly converted penthouse apartment (105m² incl. 40m² terrace) offers a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The charmingly furnished living room has a large sofa bed and a coffee table. A flatscreen TV with cable channels, wireless Internet access and various books provide entertainment. There is a separate sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 200cm) ensures a comfortable night’s sleep. The apartment has an “Easy Entry” electronic door opening system. To open the door you will need a mobile phone with a valid number (no additional charges).
