This charming first floor apartment is wonderfully located in Punta Asfodeli, which is just 4 km from the centre of Porto Rotondo, one of the most famous resorts of the Costa Smeralda. As it is just 30m from the sea, it may come as no surprise that you will benefit from amazing sea views from the outside terrace and first floor balcony. Inside, the apartment comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open-plan living and kitchen area. The nearest shops and eateries are just 3 km away; alternatively, venture to the seaside resort of Porto Cervo, which is 20 km away.

    “Das Haus (resp. die Wohnung im 1. OG) ist sehr gut ausgestattet für vier Personen. Wie in den Unterlagen beschrieben, sind alle Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sechs Personen würde ich nicht empfehlen, sollte es einmal schlecht Wetter sein oder auch wegen den Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wenn der Wind von Norden kommt (was er meistens kommt im September, Mistral kühl) dann hat man nur die Möglichkeit in der Wohnung zu essen. Super war, dass ich mein Schlauchboot vor dem Haus einwassern konnte. Zum Baden kommt man rechts vom Steg gut ins Wasser, für Kleinkinder eventuell nicht so geeignet. Da wir Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober vor Ort waren, waren wir fast alleine.

    Für uns war die Lage super, da wir ein Auto hatten. Für Ausflüge, ist man schnell in Olbia, Palau und Arzachena.
    Von Porto Rotondo in Richtung Olbia (9km entfernt) ist ein riesiger Supermarkt (Conad), da kann man preiswert einkaufen und auch tanken.

    Für in ein Restaurant zu gelangen, benötigt man ein Auto.

    Der Anfahrtsweg sollte besser beschrieben werden. Bis zur Abzweigung Asfodeli ist noch alles klar, aber es gibt so viele Beschreibungen mit Asfodeli, dass es verwirrend ist. Man muss sich nach der Abzweigung einfach links halten bis man in eine Sackgasse kommt, 50 Meter vor der Sackgasse ist das Eingangstor zur Residence (nicht angeschrieben).”

    “Tolle Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Blick über die große Bucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, tolles Bad, sehr gute Betten, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühl/Gefrierkombination, Klimaanlage. Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Von der Dachterrasse hat man ebenfalls eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Sehr ruhige Lage. Einziges Manko: das Baden direkt am Grundstück ist nur mit Badeschuhen möglich, viele Steine im Wasser, allerdings für Schnorchler sicher auch sehr schön. Für kleinere Kinder oder gehbehinderte Menschen eher nicht geeignet. Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Der nächste, kleinere Supermarkt ist ca. 3km entfernt, größere Supermärkte Richtung Olbia, diese sind auch günstiger.”
