Stylish holiday villa with a terrace and a swimming pool in a rural location near Dubrovnik, with its own private beach

This elegant holiday houseis a perfect mixture of the past and the present and is a good example of an accomplished renovation. Original features of the merchant’s house from the 19th century are combined with modern comfort. The villa is ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday in green surroundings with the whole family. Leave everyday life behind and recharge your batteries.



The 160 m2 villa with its large living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms can accommodate six adults. The interior was renovated professionally in the style of the original house, using handmade, solid wood furniture in the bedrooms and in the dining room, and leather sofas in the living room. All the bedrooms and the living room have quiet air conditioning units. Each bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm), which can also be joined together as a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The two bathrooms provide a shower and a toilet.



There is a heated swimming pool, big terrace and gloriet with a fireplace. Two parking spaces are available by the house. From April 2015 brand new swimming pool with heating is a highlight of this villa and is only for use of the guests of this apartment.



A special feature is the private beach belonging to the villa. It is in the fishing village of Molunat ten kilometres away and is for the use of Villa Petrosa guests. The concrete beach is accessed via stone steps and is equipped with deckchairs and an outdoor shower. Roofing provides shade.



You can benefit from excellent bus connections. Buses run daily between 6.00 and 21.00 and take you everywhere. The owner can also arrange a hire car on request. It is a few minutes’ walk from the house to the bus stop, bank, post office, doctor, bars, grocery shops, a bakery, a hairdresser, a pharmacy and a fish and vegetable market. In the vicinity and further afield there are many interesting historical places and traditional restaurants with excellent cuisine, such as "Koraceva kuca", a five-minute walk away.
