This lovely small villa is located at 400 m from the charming town of Cortona, one of the most beautiful and renowned towns of Tuscany.
An important Etruscan settlement, Cortona today is a medieval jewel on the side of a hill dominating the Val di Chiana.
The villa, 65 sq. m, can comfortably accommodate up to 4/5 people and is elegantly furnished. It is situated in a wonderful panoramic position, surrounded by the typical Tuscan countryside and olive groves, in a perfect location for a lovely and relaxing holiday, yet with the advantages of being within walking distance from the town centre.
Nearby is another villa, for 8 people, which can also be rented.
The villa has its own private swimming-pool (4x8 m, open May-Oct) with lovely Roman steps and a breathtaking view over the Val di Chiana and the beautiful church of Santa Maria Nuova, the typical “Under the Tuscan Sun” landscape.
Other facilities are a car park, barbecue, washing machine and tumble dryer (on request). Also available: tastings, breakfast, lunch, dinner and cooking lessons.
The villa has modern conveniences such as air conditioning, Sat-TV, Wi-Fi internet, radio/CD/DVD player, safe, hairdryer, windows with mosquito nets.
The accommodation consists of a living room with fireplace (possibility of adding a single bed) and fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, etc.), a double bedroom and on the gallery another bedroom which can be double or twin. Bathroom fitted out with shower.
On arrival there will be a welcome basket with homemade products, especially prepared by the owner, a local chef. Welcome grocery (vegetable & fruit basket, milk, water, soft drinks, american coffee, espresso pods, sugar, salt, pepper, toilet paper, paper napkins, paper towel, baking paper, tinfoil, clingwrap).
In Cortona, thus within walking distance, guests will find restaurants, shops, museums and many works of art. Other beautiful Tuscan art cities easily reached are Montepulciano (at 30 km), Pienza (45 km), Montalcino (65 km), Siena (75 km) and Florence (90 km).

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
