This pretty Mediterranean holiday home with swimming pool is positioned only ca. 15 minutes of drive away from the most beautiful beaches in Istria, which can be found in Rabac and ca. 10 minutes away you can reach the small historical town of Labin, known as the town of artists. The house has a spacious plot. The swimming pool is situated at the back of the house, directly below the pretty covered terrace on the ground floor, where you will surely spend pleasant moments in good company, sipping your favourite drinks. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms, while one bedroom with its own bathroom is positioned on the ground floor and has its own entrance from outside. The house is equipped with standard furniture in classic style. Make sure to visit the tourist destination of Rabac, which during the summer offers plenty of attractions, various café bars, restaurants and a pretty coastal promenade.
