There are two bathrooms and a living room with a fireplace. The bathrooms have a WC and shower. The bathroom has a washing machine. The fully-equipped kitchen provides a coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher.
There is a private pool (3 x 6 m) in the garden as well as parking space for two cars.
