Holiday house with three separate holiday apartments in a privileged location at the foot of the ski resort, near the centre and open nature


This quietly situated holiday house is on the edge of St. Lambrecht at the foot of the Grebenzen ski resort, at an altitude of 1072 metres. It is to the south-east of Murau and near the Zirbitzkogel nature reserve, surrounded by forest and meadows in open nature. It comprises the three holiday apartments atraveo nos. 835797, 835814 and 835815. The first two apartments are accessed through a shared corridor and are next to each other on the ground floor. The third apartment is in the attic of the adjoining annex. Apartment no. 835797 is the largest with 55m² of living space, while the second and third apartments each provide 45m² of space. All the apartments are for four people, with a double bed in the bedroom and a fold-out sofa bed in the living room.

In front of the house there is a terrace with garden furniture, a grill and a parasol, on an extensive 1300m² site. The garden has a pond with fish, as well as a lawn. As the site is fenced, it is also suitable for young children and for dogs. There is a roofed parking space in front of the house for five cars and there are four further outdoor parking spaces.

As a special feature of this holiday accommodation, the owner invites you to go on a motorboat ride on the Völkermarkt reservoir lake. Nearby there are a cross-country skiing trail and a downhill piste leading to the house. The chair lift is a 150-metre walk away. The holiday apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, skiing and sledging. There are shops, restaurants, a swimming pool and a tennis court just 200 metres from the accommodation in the centre. It is worth going on a trip to the lake 7km away. The nearest train station is 8km away.

This is the second of the three holiday apartments, on the ground floor, with 45m² of living space comprising a spacious living and sleeping room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A shared hallway leads to the apartment. The centrepiece of the apartment is the living and sleeping room, with a double bed, a fold-out bed for two people, a cupboard with a sliding door and satellite TV. You can relax together here after a trip. The fully-equipped kitchen provides a kitchen unit with a dining table and five chairs. It is equipped with a hob with four rings, an oven, a fridge, a sink, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee machine, for self-catering. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, bathroom furniture, a washbasin, a WC and a hairdryer. The apartment has electric radiators and wireless Internet access, so you are accessible on holiday, can share holiday photos with friends, or plan details of trips after arrival.

    “Wir waren zu viert, mit unseren 2 Kindern (9 und 7 Jahre) für eine Woche in der Studiowohnung. Die Wohnung war groß genug um uns zu beherbergen und auch von der Ausstattung her nicht überfüllt und alles vorhanden, was wir für die Woche gebraucht haben. Durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss konnten wir einfach und bequem unser Gepäck ein- und ausladen, denn der Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Eingang (der überdachte Parkplatz war genial, so mussten wir das Auto nicht von Schnee befreien :-)). Der Vermieter war stets sofort für Fragen und Wünsche da, ein sehr sehr netter Herr den wir sehr lieb gewonnen haben! Das Skigebiet mit der Skischule ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso die Bäckerei, die Apotheke sowie der Lebensmittelladen. Wenn wir wieder in Sankt Lambrecht sind, werden wir uns dort einquartieren, dann vermutlich die Wohnung nebenan mit zwei Zimmern.”
