Holiday apartment with a terrace and a sea view

The house with the holiday apartments is in a quiet residential district of Rijeka.

The apartment is in half of a duplex house built in 2013 and comprises a living room-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The simple and inviting interior provides everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen unit has a fridge and a stove, and a dining table and chairs for enjoying meals together. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and there is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower.

Each apartment has its own terrace area so you can enjoy spending time outdoors, with a table and chairs for dining. From here you have a lovely view of the nearby sea. A private parking space is also available.

    “Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung war zentral Positiv: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ein direkter Parkplatz am Hof Restaurant: Conca d'oro In Rijeka - Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker Ausflüge: Insel Krk - Krk ist eine große kroatische Insel in der nördlichen Adria und durch eine Brücke mit dem Festland verbunden. In der Stadt Krk befindet sich die Kathedrale aus dem 5. Jahrhundert mit einem Marmoraltar und korinthischen, mit christlichen Symbolen verzierten Steinsäulen.”

    “Das Apartment ist Sauber und für seine zwecke sehr gut ausgestattet.
    Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Kvarner Bucht beim Frühstücken im Freien und es ist auch Abends sehr ruhig und man kann noch gemütlich auf ein Bier draußen den Abend genießen.
    Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und auch Kinderfreundlich.

    Es gibt in dieser Preisklasse absolut nichts zu bemängeln an dem Apartment!!!!”
