Holiday house with garden and panoramic views in the midst of the Tuscan landscape
The holiday house is located on an elevation, from which you can enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding landscape.
The holiday accommodation is suitable for up to five people and is divided into two bedrooms, a kitchen with a seating corner, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with the usual facilities, such as gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave. The seating corner is furnished with a corner bench and a dining table. In the first bedroom there is a double bed. In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed for two people and a pull-out bed for a fifth person. The bathroom has a shower cabin.
In the outdoor area, guests can relax in the garden and enjoy the lovely weather. From here there are open views over the surrounding landscape. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. Just a few metres from the accommodation there is a shared pool (open from 1 May to 1 October), which is also used by guests from the neighbouring holiday apartments. Guests can park their car on a private parking space about 10 metres away.
A supermarket about 500m away is the nearest shopping option. In addition, about 10km away there is a shopping centre with further shops. The connection to public transport is about 500m away. There is a restaurant about 200m away, where you can enjoy local cuisine. For leisure activities, you can visit the San Filippo spa or go on a trip to Siena (approx. 45km).
