Familienfreundliches Ferienhaus

Der Fachwerkbungalow "Schöpshuus" im Nordseebad Burhave liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Nordsee-Deich, der Spielscheune und der Nordsee-Lagune entfernt und ist modern eingerichtet. Der Bungalow ist komplett gefliest und eignet sich daher besonders für junge Familien oder Allergiker (Nichtraucherhaus!) und Senioren (alles ebenerdig!). Die 64 m² Wohnfläche umfassen das Wohnzimmer (Sat-Fernseher, Video- und DVD-Recorder), eine moderne Küche ausgestattet mit Herd mit Edelstahlabzugshaube, Kombi-Backofen/Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine, Essecke mit Eckbank, 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem komfortablen Hochbett und Bad mit Dusche und WC. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangen sie auf die überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Im Garten befindet sich ein Grillkamin . Die Lage in dem ruhigen Ferienpark und die Kinderschaukel im Garten sind besonders für spielende Kinder geeignet.

Die zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants im Ortskern von dem größten Ort auf der Halbinsel Butjadingen, Burhave, sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Ein PKW-Stellplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt fußläufig zur Nordseeküste. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und es haben sich alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und vollständig. Eine kleine Terrasse mit Stühlen Tisch und Bank sowie dir Schaukeln draußen waren sehr einladend. Die Ferienhauses Verwaltertin war sehr freundlich gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.”

    “Das Haus an und für sich ist in Ordnung.
    Der Ort hat uns ziemlich enttäuscht, das Wetter auch.
    Strand aus Wiese war auch sehr enttäuschend, und der Radweg war gleichzeitig eine schmale Landstraße, auf der 70 km/h erlaubt waren…das Laufrad konnten wir dort nicht benutzen. Positiv: Die Hausverwalterin ist ein wahrer Goldschatz und war stets zur Stelle.
    Die Schaukel im Garten war super. Negativ: Die Lage des Hauses ist nicht so gut, wie sie auf den ersten Blick erscheint. Man kann zwar den Deich schon sehen und auch die Schafe blöken hören, jedoch gibt es einfach nur den Weg über die Hauptstraße um ans Meer zu kommen.

    Der Wasserlauf an der Grundstücksgrenze ist mit kleinem Kind und (Ball-) Spielen im Garten eher anstrengend. Restaurant: San Remo in Tossens - Wirklich sehr leckeres Essen und ein Spielplatz im Garten Ausflüge: Lamaranch in Mührwarden - Leider nur am Samstag Vormittag geöffnet.
    Die Ranch beherbergt Lamas, Katzen, Häschen, Pfaue, Kängurus, Hühner und Esel. Kinder dürfen die Tiere füttern und manche auch streicheln.
