Modern holiday apartment with a balcony, near the beach and Pula
This comfortable, light holiday apartment with its own separate entrance is on the first floor of a private house. The second apartment in the house is occupied by the owner. The house is in the small village of Pomer, not far from the beach and the seaside and just eight kilometres from Pula.
The apartment with modern furnishings provides 80m² of space for three people. It has a pretty bedroom all in white with a cupboard, double bed (160 x 200cm) and a single bed (80 x 200cm). The bathroom provides a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. There is also a storage room. The living room-kitchen consists of a sitting area with a sofa and satellite TV, a dining area with a round, glass table and four chairs, and an open kitchen unit, equipped with a gas stove, fridge, oven and coffee machine.
The apartment has its own balcony, furnished with a table, chairs and parasol. A private parking space is available. The garden belonging to the house has a grill which you can use to your heart’s content during your stay.
The apartment has air conditioning and wireless Internet access. Bedlinen and towels are provided on request.
It is about 500 metres to the beach and the seaside. Pomer is known especially for its marina. You should definitely plan a day trip to Pula or to the popular seaside resort of Medulin.
