This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10.
The holiday home is currently under renovation and will be fully ready for the 2024 season.

The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is air-conditioned open space kitchen, dining room and living room of approximately 45m2.
On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed, each with its own private bathroom, approximately 20m2. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
The two large doors open up the living area to your private sun terrace with two dining tables and plenty of chairs. The traditional stone grill invites to spend some long barbecue evening together under the starlit sky. Adjacent to the terrace is the 24 m² swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and sun shades. Children will appreciate the playground with trampoline and table tennis right next to the grill while their parents can leave all their worries behind. An outdoor shower offers additional comfort. Four secure parking spaces are available right in front of the building.
Your holiday villa is located only approximately an eight minute walk (400 m) away from Slatine beach with crystal clear blue water and a variety of water sports on offer. Here, you will also find the nearest restaurants and shopping facilities. The historic old town of Trogir with its famous sights, a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars and good shopping facilities is approximately 8 km away. The airport is approximately 20 km away.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
