The villa is in a quiet location in the enchanting Grohote, just 100 metres from the centre. Enjoy the peace and quiet on the island, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, with the simple and traditional life of the locals.
The villa has three bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed in the first room, a double bed and a baby bed in the second room as well as three single beds in the third bedroom. In the living room there is a TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The kitchen also has a dining area with a table and chairs. There are two fully equipped bathrooms. There is air conditioning in all the rooms. Books, films and CDs are provided.
The big garden provides natural shade with its Mediterranean vegetation. The grill area can be used for dining. A garage for two cars is available.
For children, a cot, highchair, changing table, baby bath and toys are provided in the house and also outdoors.
The locality provides all the necessary everyday amenities. The beach is about 1.5km away.
