This charming stone holiday home is situated in the heart of the beautiful region of Provence, to the south of the Luberon and its natural park and just outside the village of Cucuron. The rustic villa is nestled within green and wooded grounds, which are dotted with flower beds and home to a private outside swimming pool. Inside, you will find bright walls which contrast with the polished tiles and antique furniture. All of the rooms benefit from south-facing windows and the two bedrooms, which are located at the end of the farmhouse, benefit from a private bathroom. Be sure to discover the banks of the Etang de la Bonde, which are ideal for swimming, or the sublime Gorges du Verdon, which are a 2 hour drive from the property. Lac d'Esparron, which is roughly a 1h15 drive is also well worth a visit - especially for guests who wish to try their hand at some water sports. Also highly recommended is a visit to the beautiful villages of Ansouis and Lourmarin, as well as the animal park in La Barben. The enchanting city of Aix en Provence is just 35km away, whilst the walled city of Manosque is approximately 56km from the holiday home.

    “Sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Stil eingerichtet - gleichzeitig sehr charmant wirkend durch die Schlichtheit, die bestens in die ländliche Umgebung passt. Absolut ruhig gelegen. Ausstattung perfekt. Alles sauber und wohnlich. Vermittelt das Gefühl von Daheim-Sein. Sehr herzlicher, unkomplizierter Vermieter. Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil (auch Verständigung in englisch möglich.) Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan, getrennt durch eine wundervolle Gartenanlage mit hohen Bäumen. Die Privatsphäre im Ferienhaus ist gewährleistet. Entzückend auch der kleine Frischwasserpool. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind räumlich schön separiert, so dass sich bestimmt auch vier Personen wohl fühlen. Zu zweit wie in unserem Fall ist dieses traditionelle Provencelandhäuschen ein Raumwunder... Das Objekt ist zwar besonders in der Hauptsaison teuer (da sollte in etwa die Obergrenze erreicht sein..). - doch das darf es in diesem Fall auch sein. Besonders toll: Es muss keine Mietkaution hinterlegt werden. Es entstanden auch keine zusätzlichen Kosten für Strom. Es ist ein grosses Vertrauensverhältnis spürbar. Das Objekt richtet sich demzufolge an sorgfältige, gefühlvolle Mieter. Kurz: Wir sind nach dieser Woche noch ein grösseres Liebespaar als zuvor...”
