This delightful terraced holiday property is located in a modern and chic marina complex. It has a small garden on the marina with mooring for a boat, and boats can be hired on a daily/weekly basis within the complex. The marina is on the outskirts of Aigues-Mortes, a medieval walled city with large, twice-weekly market, located near the Petite Camargue area. This solitary fortified city is a glorious sight, especially during the long sunsets of the summer evenings. Visit the sun-drenched historical towns of Montpellier and Nîmes or discover La Camargue, the most original and romantic region of Provence. Golden sandy beaches begin 6km away - visit Le Grau-du-Roi or La Grande Motte.

    “Das Haus entspricht in vollem Umfang der Objektbeschreibung. Die Wohnung war super und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Terrasse mit dem kleinem Rasen konnten wir ab mittags im Sonnenschein genießen. Denn die Lage der Wohnung, direkt am Kanal, ist zudem auch sehr ruhig..Die Übergabe verlief bei Ankunft und Abfahrt reibungslos.

    Bei der Anreisebeschreibung besteht erheblicher Verbesserungsbedarf: Bei Anreise mit eigenem Kfz über Lyon/A6 , die per Navi empfohlene Stadtdurchfahrt über A 6 nicht befolgen, etwas weiter, aber deutlich schneller ab Villefranche der A46 - immer Richtung Marseille - bis Vienne folgen und weiter bis Orange. Dann folge A9 ( Barcelona ) . An Nimes vorbei, Ausfahrt Nr. 26. -GALARGUES -le Montueux/Aigues Mortes/Grau-du-Roi. Auf D 6313 cirka 5 km Richtung Aigues Mortes. Am Ortseingang im Kreisverkehr 1. Ausfahrt, weiter auf Route de Nimes ca 1,2 km. In höhe des Bahnhofes (Gare) geradeaus auf die rue du Vistre, rechts ab über den Bahnübergang. Am Ende der Straße rechts ab in die Avenue de la mont Joye. Das Haus befindet sich in der Anlage mit dem 2. Toreingang (81).”

    “Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet. Nichts hat gefehlt; es gibt 2 Kühlschränke, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Auch die Terrasse mit kleinem Rasen und einem Weber-Grill war fantastisch! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist genial; direkt am Kanal und es ist sehr ruhig. Wir hatten etwas Mühe, die Adresse zu finden. Aber alles in allem war alles perfekt und wir verbrachten wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien hier.”
