From the expansive terrace of this charming chalet, you have a sweeping view of the plains and surrounding forests.

Located in the heart of the Jura mountains, it welcomes you in the valley of the Saut du Doubs not far from the Swiss border. On the second floor there is a spacious living room with dining area, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In the attic there is a cozy bedroom with a balcony. On the first floor you will benefit from a studio with its own kitchenette, bathroom and WC, as well as a garage where you can store your bikes, skis, etc.

The city of Pontarlier as well as the recreational lake of St Point and the waterfall of the Doubs are all within easy reach. The climbing area at Ornans and the medieval town of Arbois are worth a trip, the same goes for the gorges of the region with their breathtaking panoramas. This accommodation is located on cross-country ski trails and 20 km from alpine ski slopes (Le Larmont, Les Fourgs, Métabief). The GR5 long-distance hiking trail runs nearby.

    “Das Chalet war sehr sauber, bot viel Platz und war großzügig ausgestattet. Das Doppelbett war äußerst komfortabel und geeignet auch für großgewachsene Leute, während die beiden Einzelbetten im ersten Stock nur von eher Kleinen zu benutzen waren (Begrenzung durch Fußteil). Da die nahe am Haus vorbeiführende Straße durchaus befahren war, empfehlen sich Ohrenstöpsel für eine ungestörte Nachtruhe. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Quartier mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.”
