Quietly situated, luxurious holiday accommodation with a shared pool and whirlpool, built according to ecological principles
This luxurious holiday accommodation, three villas and an apartment, is in the south-east part of the island near the Vothonas residential district, very close to the centre of the island, but away from the very busy tourist areas. If you look to the east, you have a great view of the sea and the island of Anafi. The holiday villas are on a 1300m² site and are about eight metres apart.
The minimalistic, but tasteful and comfortable interior style, together with the friendly and attentive service by the staff, create a relaxing, warm and cordial atmosphere, so that guests will feel comfortable and at ease.
The shared garden has a pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, which are for shared use. Each of the three holiday villas also has its own heated whirlpool. Guests at the holiday apartment share a whirlpool. There is also a shared outdoor kitchen in a traditional Greek style, with an oven and a grill, as well as clay pots and a sink. There are free parking spaces on site that do not have to be reserved in advance.
The holiday complex offers a range of services for a fee, which you can book at the reception, such as babysitting, childcare, cleaning, car and bicycle rental, helicopter and yacht service, manicure, pedicure, ticket service, hairdressing, shopping and a sightseeing guide. A daily breakfast basket, airport transfers and Internet access are free. When building the accommodation, particular attention was paid to the bioclimatic architecture of this island of the Cyclades, using eco-friendly materials and renewable energies. Instead of traditional air conditioning, which is often detrimental to health, there is an ecological air cooling system. Rain water is gathered and used for the automatic watering of the garden and plants, as well as for the pool.
It is just five minutes by car to the beach at Kamari, which has many shops, bars, clubs and excellent restaurants. Explore the incomparable beauty of the island on hiking or cycling tours. You can go on a boat trip to the volcano or a day trip on foot to the Caldera cliff.
Holiday villa with its own whirlpool, for five people
The spacious villa measures 86m². It has an elegant décor and is ideal for five people. It has a cosy living room with sofas by the fireplace, a plasma TV with a satellite receiver, a laptop, and a dining space for six people. The exclusive kitchen is next to the living room and is fully-equipped with all modern electrical appliances, such as a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and crockery and cutlery. The beds in the two bedrooms, a double bed and two single beds that can also be joined together, are insulated with cork and have ecological mattresses, as well as feather pillows. There is also a sofa bed. The two bathrooms adjoin the bedrooms and provide a shower, WC, ecological shampoos and a hairdryer. There is also a furnished veranda.
The outdoor area belonging to this villa includes a private, heated whirlpool with seating, which is ideal for relaxing.
