The Bozac holiday house has three floors (ground floor, upper floor and attic) and totals 104m². The house has a separate entrance and is surrounded by a stone wall and a garden with aromatic herbs (lavender, sage and rosemary).

The ground floor has a living room with a minibar, satellite TV, an armchair and a sofa that can be used as a bed for one adult or two children, as well as air conditioning for heating and cooling. A hallway provides access to a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine and heater. On the ground floor there is also a kitchen with a dining room and a fireplace. The kitchen has kitchen furniture and is equipped with all the necessary appliances and a wonderful rosewood table and chairs. Stairs lead to the upper floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed and a child’s bed, two cupboards, a little table with two chairs, two bedside tables with lamps, a dresser with a mirror, and air conditioning. He room looks out over the playground, olive grove and pool. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dresser with a mirror, a leather stool, two bedside tables with lamps and air conditioning. The window faces the entrance of the house and the herb garden. Extendable stairs lead up to the gallery with a single bed. The attic provides three single beds and a supplementary bed, each with a lamp and dresser. This room is only suitable for children, as the ceiling is not very high. There is air conditioning for cooling and heating. The windows look out towards the pool, playground and olive grove.

The kitchen has a door opening onto the covered terrace (ca. 20m²) in the rear part of the house. The site behind the house measures around 2500m² with a children’s playground (sandpit, swings, football goals, slide) and a swimming pool (6 x 4 x 1.3m) with a shower. The pool and garden are for your own exclusive use, while the playground is shared with guests at holiday residence no. 965662.

On a hill to the south of the little village there are the ruins of the ancient Gurianum.

    “5 Erwachsene ,2 kinder (5+7 J.).
    Positivpunkte für:
    schöner kleiner Pool mit sauberem Wasser , gut gepflegt
    Gartenanlage auch schön und gut gepflegt.
    sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse
    gut funktionierender Außengrill.
    Negativpunkte für: sehr primitive Möblierung, alt und z.T.äußerst abstossend,-Gebrauchsgeg
    stände wie z. B. Klobürste, Kaffeemaschine funktionieren nicht bzw. nicht richtig -
    Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist oben auch seitlich betretbar ohne Sicherung und das dicht bei der Tür zum Schlafzimmer.Äußerst gefährlich.!!Wir hatten einen Sturz mit glücklicherweise gelinden Folgen.Schlafplätze unterm ungedämmten Dach sind wahre Brutkästen, gemildert durch eine funktionierende (!) Klimaanlage.Für Kinder, die hier eigentlich übernachten sollen, ungeeignet.
    Freundlichkeit der Wirtin könnte besser sein.
    Insgesamt: Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut; wir werden nicht mehr buchen.”

    “Dragi gosti, zahvaljujemo na vašem boravku u našem objektu...žao nam je ukoliko ste bili sa nećim nezadovoljni kao što pišete sada ovdje. Viđali smo se svaki dan i svaki dan sam vas redoviti pitala da li je sve u redu, da li vam nešto treba i rekli ste uvijek da je sve dobro. Što se tiče aparata, nikada niste rekli da nešto ne funkcionira, poslije vas su novi gosti, koji su puno više komunikativniji od vas i za kuću i za domaćina imaju sve pohvale, redovito kupuju naše proizvode i večeraju kod nas. Što se namještaja tiče, sve slike ste imali vidljive na web...prije rezrvacije, daskle ništa nije promjenjeno, mi smo željeli zadržati istarski autoktoni namještaj, što 100% cijeni i uživa u tome. Predpostavljam da za ovakav vaš komentar je zaslužna moja naplata razbijenih vrata skimera, koji vi niste prihvačali. Općenito bili ste vrlo čudni i posebni gosti, a mi se uvijek trudimo napraviti svima nezaboravan godišnji odmor po lijepim stvarima, no vi niste bili previše zainteresirani za bilo kakav odnos sa nama. Preporučam vam ubuduće luksuzni hotelski smještaj...Srdačno vas pozdravljam.Sandra”
