The villa is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the beach in Okrug Gornji in the west of the Dalmatian island Ciovo and just two kilometres from Trogir.

This apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to six people. It has two bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a bunk bed (90 x 200cm) and wardrobes. The air-conditioned living and dining room with an open kitchen provides a sofa bed for two people, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen unit is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. The bathroom is fitted with a shower bath, washbasin and toilet.
The 15m² balcony, which is roofed and furnished with a dining table, chairs and parasol, affords a wonderful view as far as the sea.
