The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location. For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing, fire place and court.

Makarska, 130 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 250 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking lot in the garage, the carport and on the street in front of the house.
