Stunning holiday cottage with a sun terrace and a breathtaking sea and mountainview

This very beautiful 120 sqm holiday cottage was built in 2006 and is located only 4 km from the great beach of Arinaga.

On the ground floor, the cottage features a very spacious living room with integrated kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, coffee machine, and a microwave. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite television and DVD player. The three bedrooms are on the upper floor, furnished with a double bed or single bed, parquet flooring, and air conditioning unit. Both floors have a bathroom each, equipped with bath tub or shower, wash basin and toilet. On request, beds for children and high chairs are also available.

The cottage’s roof hosts a very beautiful terrace, and from here you can enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets. The roof terrace also offers a great view of the mountains and the sea, which is some 4.5 km from the property.

It’s only a few minutes‘ walk to a wellness centre, complete with indoor swimming pool, fitness studio and a sauna. Furthermore, here you find a supermarket, pharmacy, reastaurants, a doctor’s practice and the local post office. At a nearby rental office you can hire a bicycle which you can use, for example, to ride to the beach with its various tapas bars and fish restaurants. This is overall a quiet beach away from mass tourism. To the airport, it is a distance of some 7 km from the house and the nearest shopping centre is some 4 km away. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is approximately 35 km away.

    “Värden är mycket hjälpsam och trevlig och får högsta betyg.
    Huset är rent och fint men skulle behöva ny interiör ex soffa, matbord, stolar , gardiner, kuddar och täcken för att få högsta betyg då det är slitet.
    Vi skulle också önska att det fanns mer bestick och flera glas då vi var 6 personer var det lite. Handdukarna var bra men sängkläder kan vara bra att ta med.Gångavstånd till mataffär och bageri . Värden hjälpte oss att hyra en minibuss så vi kunde ta oss runt och se denna mysiga ö och flera sevärdheter. Vi hade en underbar semester och hyr mycket gärna av denna husvärd igen.

    “Der Zustand des Hauses war gut, wir müssten hier und da kleine Abstriche machen, dies hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit des Objektes waren in Ordnung.
    Da wir die Insel erkunden wollten, war die Lage perfekt. Das Preis-Leitungs-Verhältnis fanden wir auch gut. Unser Vermieter war super; sobald es mal kleine Probleme gab, hat er sich schnell darum gekümmert. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke am oberen Ende der Siedlung. Supermärkte, Bäcker und Restaurants liegen in der Nähe und sind gut, auch zu Fuß, erreichbar. Für unseren Urlaub war das Objekt optimal.”

    “Sehr großzügiges, helles gepflegtes Haus. Die Lage ist ruhig. Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er erkundigt sich vor Ort über Sport und Kultur u.ä., was die Mieter interessiert.”
