This lovely bright holiday home is equipped with sauna and a panoramic view over the shifting ocean on Hörviksnäs on the east side of Tjörn.

Here you will live peaceful in a child friendly cottage neighborhood, close to the salty ocean. The holiday home is located on a high secluded hill plot, with a lawn framed with a beautiful stone garden. Here you will experience wonderful view over the Hakefjord and with the bridges of Tjörnbroarna in the distance, from the plot and several rooms in the holiday home.

You can enjoy your holiday on one of the many fine outdoor patios, which you can choose depending on the weather or the time on the day. The newly build patio is partly covered with some roof.

The holiday home is decorated with a marine touch and contains a living room with dining area, TV-corner and warming open fireplace. (Bring your private boxer-card for a greater variety of channels). Here you can admire the beautiful view like a painting. Two bedrooms whereof one have a bunk bed (190cm x 80cm) and can be accessed through the double room which is a walk-trough room. A charming original kitchen equipped with stove and an exit facing the beautiful secluded patio with an outdoor grill. The small bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC, as well a stunning view over the ocean. You can find the wood burning sauna in the separated annex.

There is only 300m to the bathing spot with cliffs, bridge and bathing ladder, and if you walk some additional 250m you will arrive to a sand beach. There is approximately 1km to the famous bathing spot Låka with sandy beaches, cliffs, diving tower and WC.

There are several attractions on the charming archipelago communities of Tjörn and Orust or take the opportunity to explore the fine hiking trails in the area. There is a well sorted supermarket 8km away in Myggenäs and 3km to a smaller service shop and pizzeria.

Close to service and attractions in Stenungsund where you can find a large shopping centre, or Skärhamn with the famous watercolor museum with Nordic contemporary art.

There is approximately 55km to the large city of Gothenburg and the popular amusement park of Liseberg.

    “Die Lage! Und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten um das Haus herum, so dass man zu jeder Zeit die Sonne nutzen konnte. Und nach dem Bad im Meer die Sauna. Die Lage ist einzigartig, man hat einen grandiosen Ausblick! Die Entfernung zum Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist sehr gut. Es ist zudem nicht weit bis nach Göteborg.”

    “Die gemütliche Atmosphäre und liebevolle Ausstattung, die ruhige und naturnahe Lage mit wundervollem Ausblick. Wir waren mit der Lage des Hauses sehr zufrieden - naturnah und ruhig, der nächste Nachbar weit genug entfernt. Der Weg zum Supermarkt war nur mit dem Auto sinnvoll, was aber kein Minuspunkt ist.”
