Holiday apartment in a villa in wonderful nature with a sea view

The house is in the little fishing village of Molunat with wonderful bays, near Dubrovnik, the pearl of the Adriatic, in the Dalmatia region in the south of Croatia. Peace, quiet and a great climate make this place an ideal holiday destination.

The house was completed in July 2013, with modern furniture and a high level of comfort. The apartment is spread over the first and second floor and has its own separate entrance. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is a spacious living room with a sofa bed. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds respectively. There are also two bathrooms. The apartment also has a storage room and wireless Internet access is available.

There is a private garden area with a grill. A large, roofed terrace offers a wonderful view of the sea.

The owners live on the ground floor and cultivate their own fruit and vegetables, which you are welcome to. Airport transfers can be arranged at a supplementary cost.

The airport is 20km from Molunat. Dubrovnik is a 40-minute drive away. Or you can visit the town of Cavtat. Several busses a day run to these towns. The underwater world is a dream for divers, with caves and shipwrecks. The beach is just 100 metres away. The bays have turquoise-coloured water.

    “Bei der Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Besitzern empfangen. Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und wollten am liebsten gar nicht mehr weg. Wer Erholung sucht ist dort am besten aufgehoben die Besitzer tuen alles dafür, dass der Urlaub schön wird und das war er auch! Danke! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!”

    “Cała wyposażenie praktycznie nowe, wszystko czyste, dobrej jakości. Duży apartament zapewniający wygodę wynajmującym, niekrępujący, z osobnym wejściem. Duży zadaszony grill przy domu do wyłącznej dyspozycji wynajmujących. Gospodarze bardzo uprzejmi, starający się zapewnić maksimum swobody wynajmującym gościom. Właściciel dysponuje małą motorówką, którą chętnie przewozi gości na sąsiednią wyspę.”
