Apartment right by the sea with a garden

The accommodation provides a living and dining area, three bedrooms and two bathroom, one with a massage shower. The living area has a comfortable seating corner with a flatscreen TV with satellite reception. Wireless Internet access is available. You can try out your Mediterranean cooking skills in the fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area. An air conditioning unit in the living room and bedroom ensure pleasant temperatures on hot days. The living room has a pull-out sofa.



In the garden belonging to the apartment, you can use the seating, an outdoor fireplace with a grill, and a solar shower.



It is only about 30 metres to the sea and about 250 metres to the beach (sand, pebble and rock). Facing the apartment there is the Vizula peninsula with Roman ruins, where you can go on lovely walks in the early or late afternoon. About 50 metres away you can find a bank, supermarket, bakery, kiosk and many restaurants and cafés. The promenade is 50 metres from the apartment, so you do not need a car. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity. For recreation, you can go on boat trips to the Brijuni Islands, Rovinj or Venice. A one-day trip to the Kamenjak nature reserve is also highly recommended, where you can bathe or enjoy nature in its full splendour right by the sea.

    “Wie waren mit unseren 3 Jungs im Juni/Juli im Appartement Dennis.
    Die Hausverwalter sind sehr nett und waren immer bemüht, dass alles in Ordnung ist.
    Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, top ausgestattet. 2 Bäder mit großer Dusche. Die Outdoor-Dusche haben wir täglich zu jeder Tageszeit genutzt.
    Der Garten war mit einer riesigen Palme und diversen Pflanzen bewachsen.
    Sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist fast einzigartig in Medulin, da sich die meisten Wohnungen in den Siedlungen befinden. Direkt vor dem Appartement gibt es Sportgeräte, die wir immer genutzt haben.
    Wir werden wiederkommen.”
