House in Örkelljunga Municipality with Private Parking

This lovely house is in a holiday house area in the northern Skåne area, only about 3km from Åsljunga. The house offers a lovely view of the forest.

The house provides around 80m² of living space for up to four people. The kitchen is functional with a separate dining space. The living room is big, has high ceilings, a comfortable sofa and a dining table. One of the bedrooms has a bed 160cm wide, the other has a bed 120cm wide, and the third has a single bed 90cm wide. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin and the walls are partially tiled. There is a separate room with a washing machine and dryer.

The house is on a site with trees, a grill area and a hammock. Right by the house there is a big terrace area (conservatory) with garden furniture, which has a sliding glass wall that can be opened and closed.

It is about 300 metres to the lake. The complex has some shared facilities such as a swimming jetty, a sauna and a relaxation area, table tennis, boccia, a football ground and tennis court. You can hire a rowing boat and bicycles. A cot and a highchair can be ordered at the time of booking. Internet access should be booked in advance (payable).

The house is in a lovely landscape with an extensive hiking area and many hiking trails. You can gather mushrooms and berries. You need a permit for fishing, to be applied for in advance. There are many different activities and attractions for the whole family. In summer you can go tobogganing and in winter you can go skiing, but snow is not guaranteed. In Örkeljunga (15km) you can do everyday shopping. There is a big shopping centre in Helsingborg.

    “Prachtig huis! Mooie omgeving, het huis is keurig onderhouden en schoon. Veel ruimte in en om het huis. Een prachtige kamer met hoekbank, goede tv/radio, mooie veranda ernaast. Keuken met alle benodigde apparatuur en aparte eetkamer! Keurige meubels en 3 ruime slaapkamers. En badkamer met alle voorzieningen en ook weer keurig schoon!

    Eigenaren waar je altijd een beroep op kunt doen, die bij de aankomst alles hebben uitgelegd en bij vertrek weer aanwezig zijn. Echt een aanrader!”

    “We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely house, and felt at home right away. In the morning I could sit with a cup of coffee and watch the squirls and a few times deer went through the garden. It was nice to make a fire in the evening. During the day it's a perfect area to go for a walk or a trip by bicycle, it's very beautiful with green meadows, flowers and lovely houses.

    My kids (young adults) had a good time at the lake and of course it was a big plus for them that they had a good internet connection, so they never complained. The house has everything you need and it's obvious the owners put a lot of care in it. so it really is a home.”

    “Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist gut modernisiert und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Objekt wird von den Eigentümern persönlich gut gepflegt. Es ist frei von Ungeziefern und sonstigen Tieren (Mäuse, Marder, etc.). Das Naturgrundstück hat eine Hanglage. Das Ferienhaus ist umgeben von hohen Bäumen. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder entsprechen einfachen Standard. Deutsches Fernsehen kann man nicht empfangen. Der Internetzugang ist unzureichend. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und bei Bedarf schnell erreichbar.”

    “Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, wirklich nichts wird vermisst. Der Garten mit Hollywood Schaukel und Lagerfeuer / Grillplatz lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und auch alles ist in Ordnung. Im Keller sind Fahrräder und zum See ist es nicht weit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Wir suchten die Ruhe und haben sie perfekt erlebt.”
