This holiday home is located just 300 metres away from a child-friendly park, where admission is free. For an extra charge you can use the fantastic spa at the indoor pool. A cafe and a restaurant are also available at the water park. If you prefer to relax in privacy, you can use the sauna and the hot tub available at the holiday home. The house is beautiful and is located close to the town centre, the forest and the beach. In the immediate vicinity there is a shared area with a playground, pentaque, beach volleyball and more. There is a boat ramp at the marina. The house is located in Gråsten, close to the castle. Aabenraa, Sønderborg and Flensburg are also located nearby and invite you to visit and enjoy a leisurely stroll. The beautiful natural surroundings in the region have many beautiful cycling and walking paths. The area is particularly attractive for anglers as the Flensburg Fjord is very rich in fish. The marina also offers a place for cleaning and filleting the fish. You can rent a small dinghy with motor at the reception. Golfers can visit the Benniksgaard Golf Centre nearby, where the golf course is set in a protected and historically interesting nature area in Rinkenæs on the Flensburg Fjord. The code for internet access, the safety rails for the stairs as well as the cot and high chair are available at the front desk.
