Sie wohnen in in Ahlbeck in einem ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus in Strandnähe. Das Haus und die Wohnungen wurden im Jahre 2003/2005 grundlegend modernisiert.

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß, ist 60 m² groß und eignet sich für 5 Personen. Vorhanden ist ein Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Einbauküche mit Elektroherd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und allen Kleingeräten, 2 separate Schlafzimmer, Dusche/WC.

Den Gästen stehen ein überdachter Außensitz mit Grill, ein Fahrradraum und zwei Strandkörbe auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Kinderbett und Kinderhochstuhl vorhanden. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Die historische Seebrücke ist nur 150 m entfernt. Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

    “Positiv: Die Nähe zum Strand hat uns besonders gefallen.
    Obwohl die Wohnung ziemlich hellhörig ist, war es schön ruhig. Negativ: Weniger gut fanden wir dass die Betten teilweise nach Pippi rochen. Es wäre doch so einfach Matratzenschoner draufzumachen und die dann gegebenenfalls zu waschen. Das Sofa in der Wohnküche ist schon sehr durchgesessen.
    Leider ist meine Freundin wegen der starken Unebenheiten auf dem Parkplatz gestürzt.”

    “Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Positiv: Sehr gut ist die Lager dieser Ferienwohnung, es sind nur fünf Minuten bis zur Seebrücke Ahlbeck.
    Parken kann man direkt vor der Tür, das ist auch super. Schlüsselübergabe verlief auch ganz problemlos.”

    “Sehr schade das die Besitzer nicht etwas Geld in die Hand nehmen um etwas zu sanieren bzw renovierten. Der Hof ist zum einparken sehr abenteuerlich, es war vll gut, wenn Markierungslinien in dem sehr engen Hof vorhanden wären, das wäre das einparken vll etwas einfacher. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht ganz so befriedigend, vll deshalb auch der nicht ganz so hohe Preis. Die Lage ist super und wenn der Rest passen würde, würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen. Die Kontaktperson war allerdings super nett. Negativ: Leider war die Ausstattung eher wie die von einem Sperrmüll. Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer ist mit Silikon am Boden befestigt, wahrscheinlich, damit er nicht vollendenst auseinander fällt. Das Sofa in der Wohnküche ist sehr abgewöhnt, sowie leider auch der Rest der Möbel. Ausnahme bildet das Bad, welches im guten bis sehr guten Zustand ist.”
