Sie wohnen in Ahlbeck in einer Villa im Gründerzeitstil aus dem Jahre 1912 in Strandnähe. Das Haus und die Wohnungen wurden im Jahre 2003 grundlegend modernisiert.

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß, ist 50 m² groß und eignet sich für 2 bis 4 Personen. Vorhanden ist ein Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Einbauküche mit Elektroherd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und allen Kleingeräten, einer Glasveranda (mit 2 Betten), separates Schlafzimmer, Dusche/WC.

Den Gästen stehen ein Fahrradraum und zwei Strandkörbe auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Kinderbett und Kinderhochstuhl vorhanden.

Die historische Seebrücke ist nur 150 m entfernt. Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

    “Negativ: Auf Bett eine Tote Spinne (zertreten) keinToilettenpapier, in den Schränken dreckiges Geschirr, Stellplätze nicht gut beschriftet haben leider auch ein Strafzetter da wir auf ein Privatparkplatz standen

    “Also alles in allem gut .Wer hier zu meckern hat der ist hier falsch aufgehoben das sind dann die Leute die für wenig Geld ein 5 Sterne Servis verlangen.Ich binda eher leidenschaftslos ich brauche ein Bett und ein Bad und das hatte ich also Preis/Leistung ist okay. Positiv: Besonders gut war das Badezimmer schöne große Duschtasse viel Platz sehr gut. Negativ: Die Wohnungs-Eingangstür ist ihrem Alter zufolge nicht mehr Zeitgemäß sie sperrt es zieht es klappert also nicht so schön und sie ist gleich neben der Hauseingangstür. Die Aussenanlage würde gepflegt auch besser aussehen z.B.Rasenmähen.”

    “Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig. Positiv: Nähe zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade. Negativ: Die Zimmer waren sehr schmutzig und da auf unserer Buchung keine Zimmernummer war, konnte vom Vermieter nicht zugeordnet werden welches Unterkunft wir gebucht hatten. Schlüsselübergabe mit Verspätung und eine Katastrophe. Beim Checkout keine Annahme, Schlüssel einfach von außen stecken lassen.”

    “Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und dennoch ist man in nur 5 min Fußweg an der Promenade. Unsere Ferienwohnung war Renoviert also sprich auf dem neusten stand , wir waren rund um zufrieden und hatten einen Traumhaften Aufenthalt . Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder”
